Graduation speeches encouraging students to be resilient in the face of failure (because therein lies the path to success) are becoming a staple in American culture. But why save that great advice until the 11th hour? Imagine how different things might be if our children learned how to approach and manage risk and uncertainty from the very beginning of their education.
